SKS is more accurate and can be pocket loaded so you don't need a rig. I would only use an SKS for a budget DMR though not a budget battle rifle. 7.62PS is trash, you're better off with something like a kedr or an MP5 that's cheap, has cheap ammo, and is supremely accurate and controllable for catching faces or sawing legs off.
