I have to descale several at work, and we have very hard water so calcium deposits here are about twice as bad as city water. I have a descaling solution, and the instructions on the bottle say nothing about a descale button. Neither does the descaling manual I’ve read on the Keurig website. Just curious what it does and if I should be using it.
