Jul 19, 2010. #1. think of the 3 wire as a 2 wire because you loop the #2 terminal to the charge stud.. so any schematic for a 1 wire can be converted to 3 wire by addition of a wire from the coil side of the ignition switch thru a 194 lamp to teh #1 terminal on the delco 10/12 si style alt, plus that loop from #2 to the charge stud. soundguy.
