I only got to 3+ weeks at 8 weeks- had seen a heartbeat at that point. In my most recent pregnancy (MMC) I didnt use them but did take one a week after finally passing sac as was hoping it would be down to 1-2 weeks- and it was stubbornly at 3+ weeks. My hcg levels were very high when measured before medical management.
