FYI, you don't ever need to kill the D5 L3 bosses of Isz or Lower Loran to get the best gems. Buy the Sinister Chalice on L3 of Isz. Counts as a root chalice! (WTF!?!) Farm 23% radials from Isz hunters, 27% triangle Isz watchers, +23/23/27% setup and 2/3rds of runes going into Ihyll. Kill hBSB, +27/27/27% and all gems, wrap up Ebri and DB after.
